This Returns and Refund Policy applies to purchases from PureFusion Peptides. By placing an order, you agree that all products are sold strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or qualified institutional use only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal use, veterinary use, cosmetic use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or medical application of any kind.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, quality-control concerns, chain-of-custody requirements, and product integrity standards, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened products.
- Unopened products after shipment.
- Products no longer under our custody and control.
- Products ordered by mistake.
- Products the customer no longer wants.
- Products allegedly purchased for any non-research purpose.
- Products delayed by the carrier.
- Products shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Research-Use Restriction
Products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or animal use. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary products. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
Any request suggesting human use, animal use, dosing, administration, consumption, injection, treatment, symptom relief, therapeutic purpose, cosmetic use, or veterinary use may be denied and may result in refusal of future service.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be eligible for cancellation only if the cancellation request is received before processing, packing, payment verification, or shipment has begun. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
PureFusion Peptides reserves the right to deny cancellation if:
- The order has already entered fulfillment.
- The order has already shipped.
- Payment has already been processed through a manual payment method.
- Inventory has been allocated.
- Compliance review has already begun or been completed.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you believe your shipment arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
You must provide:
- Order number.
- Tracking number.
- Clear photos of the shipping box.
- Clear photos of the shipping label.
- Clear photos of all packaging materials.
- Clear photos of all product labels and product condition.
- A written description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without required documentation, may be denied.
Inspection Required
All claim decisions are subject to review and investigation. We may require return of the affected product for inspection before any replacement, store credit, or refund is considered.
Do not discard any packaging, labels, inserts, product containers, or shipping materials until the claim is fully resolved.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued at our discretion using the original payment method or another method selected by PureFusion Peptides. Processing times depend on the payment platform and financial institution.
Manual payment methods such as Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo may require additional verification before any approved refund is processed.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact PureFusion Peptides first to attempt resolution of any order issue. Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, false claims, or payment disputes may result in cancellation of pending orders, denial of future orders, collection activity, and account restriction.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused by the customer, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, abandoned, unclaimed, or marked undeliverable may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Shipping charges, carrier fees, payment processing fees, restocking costs, compliance review costs, and handling costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
No Warranty of Research Outcome
PureFusion Peptides does not guarantee any research outcome, assay result, experimental result, analytical result, or suitability for a specific research protocol. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their lawful laboratory research purposes.
