This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through PureFusion Peptides. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all products are sold strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or qualified institutional use only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal use, veterinary use, cosmetic use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or medical application of any kind.
Research Use Only
All products offered by PureFusion Peptides are intended only for lawful laboratory research purposes. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary products. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
By placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that:
- The purchaser is at least 21 years of age.
- The purchaser is purchasing for lawful laboratory research use only.
- The purchaser will not use, administer, ingest, inject, apply, resell for human or animal use, or otherwise misuse any product.
- The purchaser is responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws, rules, and regulations.
- The purchaser has reviewed all product information, warnings, and research-use restrictions before ordering.
Order Review and Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by PureFusion Peptides. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance, fulfillment, or shipment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or request additional verification for any order at our sole discretion.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
- The order appears inconsistent with laboratory research use.
- The shipping address appears incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, restricted, or undeliverable.
- The purchaser cannot confirm lawful and qualified research-use intent.
- Product availability, pricing, inventory, or listing information is incorrect.
- Payment is incomplete, unverifiable, reversed, disputed, or flagged.
- Shipment may violate applicable law, carrier rules, or internal compliance standards.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods may include UPS, USPS, or another carrier selected by PureFusion Peptides. Carrier availability, delivery speed, tracking, and service areas may change without notice.
Shipping timelines are estimates only. They are not guarantees. PureFusion Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, payment delays, order review, restricted delivery areas, holidays, or events outside our control.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed after payment is received and verified. Manual payments, including Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or other offline payment methods, may require additional verification time.
Processing may be delayed if:
- Payment information does not match order information.
- The order requires compliance review.
- The shipping address requires correction.
- Inventory is pending restock.
- The order is placed outside normal business hours.
Address Accuracy
The customer is solely responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. PureFusion Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, undeliverable, or unauthorized address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned, lost, delayed, seized, destroyed, or misdelivered because of address error, refusal, non-delivery, carrier access issues, or customer failure to retrieve the package, PureFusion Peptides may decline replacement or refund.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the package is accepted by the carrier. Once a shipment is in the possession of the carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier.
PureFusion Peptides may assist with carrier inquiries when reasonable, but we do not guarantee carrier outcomes, refunds, replacements, or delivery dates.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
Claims for damaged, missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipments must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. The customer must provide:
- Order number.
- Tracking number.
- Clear photos of the package, label, packaging materials, and product condition.
- A written description of the issue.
Failure to provide timely notice and supporting documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Do not discard packaging or product materials until the claim is resolved. Carrier inspection may be required.
Restricted Shipments
PureFusion Peptides reserves the right to restrict shipment to any state, location, customer, institution, address, freight forwarder, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee that every product can be shipped to every location.
Customers are responsible for confirming that products may be lawfully purchased, possessed, received, and used for laboratory research in their jurisdiction before ordering.
No Medical or Emergency Shipments
Products are not intended for medical, clinical, veterinary, cosmetic, emergency, or patient-use purposes. Shipping services are not intended to support time-sensitive medical, health, or treatment needs.
