Are these products intended for human or animal use?
No. Products are sold for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, animal use, veterinary use, cosmetic use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.
Can you provide dosing, reconstitution, or protocol guidance?
No. We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, cycling, treatment, body-use, animal-use, or protocol-design guidance. Buyers are responsible for their own lawful laboratory procedures.
Who may purchase from the catalog?
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and responsible for confirming that the products are lawful and suitable for their intended laboratory research setting.
Orders and shipping
How quickly are orders processed?
Processing times may vary by inventory, order volume, verification needs, and fulfillment schedule. Shipping details and carrier options should be reviewed at checkout once configured.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are limited because research materials may be temperature-sensitive, batch-controlled, or unsuitable for resale after shipment. Review the Returns and Refund Policy before ordering.
Can I change an order after it is placed?
Contact support as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order is packed, fulfilled, shipped, or otherwise processed.

What is a COA?

Are COAs available for every product?
Availability may vary by product and batch. When documentation is available, buyers should retain it with purchasing and receiving records.
What should I check before purchasing?
Confirm product name, format, label details, batch documentation, storage requirements, legal status, and internal laboratory approval before placing an order.

How do I apply for wholesale access?
Use the Wholesale page to submit business information, buyer contact details, expected volume, product categories, and required compliance acknowledgements.
Does wholesale approval happen automatically?
No. Wholesale applications should be reviewed before buyer access or pricing is approved. Submission does not guarantee approval.
Can wholesale buyers use alternate payment methods?
Payment options may be configured separately and may vary by buyer status, order amount, and administrative review. Do not send payment until an order or invoice is confirmed.
